After Hours Maintenance Emergencies

All Work Orders, including after hours emergencies, need to be reported to Metro at 248-745-7100 immediately. 

For after hours emergencies, you will be prompted to hit 9.  You will then be transferred to a live representative who will take the information and then contact the appropriate contractor, per Metro's direction.  Please give the representative as much information as possible. If it is found that the emergency is not an Association responsibility, the service charges will be billed back to the co-owner.
